Today we continue the inspirational story of Danielle.
Throughout the year, Danielle will share her amazing story of transformation as she explains how she went from a size 14 to a size 6, changed her mindset, training and nutrition, and lost over 2 stone in weight.
It had been 6 months since my consultation at U fit. I was still no slimmer, I was still unhappy and still overeating, I spent the Christmas period gorging on selection boxes for breakfast and drinking myself happy, determined to make a change in the new year.
This meant overdoing it even more over the Christmas period in preparation for the ‘diet’. This was a typical pattern of behaviour for me, perfected over the years… a decision to go on a diet, a period prior to that where I ate and drank all the things that were soon to be banned to excess and then embarking on the latest fad diet. I have tried them all with varying successes, weight watchers, slimming world, atkins, 5:2 to name a few… this time I thought I would give weight watchers a bash again, I’d lost a couple of stone on it a few years back so I knew I could do it again.
I also decided to download an online exercise plan to do 4 x a week at home, perfect! January 1st came and I was raring to go!
