Question: How do I get better sleep?
Shoutout to all my family members, clients and friends struggling with sleep. Personally, I especially recommend the no screens rule. Not because of the blue light like so many people say, but because it's just NOT good to always 'scroll your thoughts away'.
Dare to be alone with yourself. Dare to write down 3 daily wins. 'Wins' are much more tangible for me than 'gratitudes' because it's about something you did that day.
Are you experiencing restless legs? One thing that helps my clients tremendously is taking some magnesium. This helps you to relax your body.
A nighttime ritual could include washing your face and feet and putting some lotion on before you grab your comfy pjs.
'Belly breathing' was also on here but I replaced that for magnesium haha.
Instead of thinking 'yeah yeah' I know these tips, make sure you are actually implementing them (it's easier said than done). About a year ago I was doing none of them. I promise you it will help.
