Do you thrive on routine or variety in your diet? 🤔 When it comes to weight loss and staying on track, I find I do well with a place in the middle. I eat almost the same exact thing every day for breakfast and lunch and then like to change it up for dinner. That way I don't get off track during the day, but my dinners keep me from getting bored! 🤗Lunch today: lemon pepper tuna pack (on sale for 99 cents at Target, scooped up a bunch!) over a HUGE bowl of spinach, romaine, shredded slaw mix, one hard boiled egg, one sliced red beet, half of an avocado and lots of pepper. I've been hungry at night so I'm trying to make sure I get in enough healthy fats and protein throughout the day to resist the urge to make a peanut butter sandwich before bed. 😉🍯
