BREATHE, Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade, Singapore
BREATHE was created by a Singaporean architecture-trained artist Edwin Cheong to commemorate Youth Olympic Games hosted by Singapore in 2010. It "symbolises the peace and environmental consciousness shared by these nations and their united spirit for a truly sustainable global environment". It was publicly unveiled prior to the start of the YOG by a remarkable figure in Singapore politics - former Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, current Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan.
How many of us actually notice more than just sparkling glossy buildings and light shows in Singapore? If you're willing to explore slightly beyond selfies against MBS, you're most welcome here 🙏
Retiros artísticos 💜
Historia: en las salas ocultas del museo del Louvre hay personas mayores que pasan su tiempo rodeados de arte, dibujando, contemplando, recreando.
Imagino que una jubilación feliz se ve así.
