🥝 Yes, most vegans are always getting asked about calcium sources without drinking the breast milk from cows.Think about it. No one has ever told you to consume milk from another species. In fact, plant-based sources are clearly ignored. You should know the truth about this even if you're not vegan but perhaps you know you're vegan already 🌱
🥑 Yes, breast milk from cows contains calcium but it doesn't mean you should buy it just because the society has told you to do so. Without doing depth research, milk has been proven to cause "osteoporosis" and "bone degeneration". Moreover, it's also been linked to prostate cancer, diabetes, atherosclerosis, heart disease etc.
🍓No, I am not a qualified nutritionist but these facts I referenced from @nutrition_facts_org their page has helped me to promote a plant-based diet/VEGAN lifestyle over time and has also solved my eating disorders from the past. It's the healthiest I've ever been.
🍍No, cow's milk is never healthy as it contains the "baggage" that comes along with it such as saturated fats, cholesterol, puss cells and artificial hormones. Whether humane or not; plant-based calcium sources are the safest, ethically fair for the animals and the most sustainable way for the environment

Dia corrido não significa alimentação descuidada: a batata e o milho cozinhei junto pra otimizar enquanto a abóbora assava, já o hommus de beterraba estava pronto, e o tofu tb já estava marinado e foi só grelhar. ⠀
Sei muito bem que é mais fácil abrir um pacotinho ou ir em um desses fast food paga e leva mas nessa conta de tempo esquecemos de calcular o tempo depois: tempo indo em médicos para se curar das doenças pelas inflamações do nosso consumo, tempo do nosso trabalho que convertido em dinheiro será gasto comprando remédios e por último tempo de vida. ⠀
Então faz esse carinho com o seu corpo. É 15 ou 20 min que vc vai tirar pra CUIDAR dele e não ENVENENAR ele.
