"I came to overcome differences. Differences that, in truth, do not exist. For we are all human - and each of us carries within the longing for peace and freedom." - Sissi (Kaiserin Elisabeth)

Holy aioli! Put this cashew lemon 🍋 aioli on just about anything and you’ll be in heaven. I opted for artichokes, one of the foods that saved my thyroid from a lifetime of attack from EBV. 🌿
“Artichokes are some of your best allies when healing from the thyroid virus. Their hearts contain nutrients to support and restore your thyroid gland itself. Artichoke leaves—that is, the “meat” you nibble off at the base of the artichoke scales—are armor for your thyroid. That’s because the edible portion of artichoke leaves (technically bracts) contain alkaloid compounds that send messages to specific parts of your immune system to guard your thyroid from invaders such as EBV”. Amazing!
I always knew there was a way to heal this gland, but sadly the popular belief remains, that once the thyroid has been diminished, it cannot be resurrected. But along comes this beautiful little book and now you can learn how to heal your your thyroid for the price of a few artichokes! I love knowing that not only have I rebooted this powerhouse of a gland, I can continue to protect it from any remnants of EBV or other invaders. 🌿
Both my mother and her mother were given the diagnosis of thyroid disease, so when I was given the same news, I wasn’t surprised. But I’m not a believer in inheriting illness, so when I found #medicalmedium I began the protocols immediately. 🌿
It’s been two years and I am no longer on medications of any kind. Food is my medicine! So if you have any of the following symptoms, read the Thyroid Healing book by Anthony William and arm yourself with the knowledge you need to change your entire life! I had all of these, and now I am symptom free 90% of the time 🙏

Tortelloni filled with spinach and pine nuts with a spicy tomato sauce. I made this a few days ago, I added some black olives and violife cheese. I love spicy food, do you?
Tonight I had a pizza and a glass of wine chilling in te sofa, Yup, this is my Saturday night plan! It feels awsome to be home relaxing and knowing that tomorrow finaly it's my day off and gonna get together with my vegan pals for some activism. I can't wait!! Wish you all an awsome weekend!💚
Oh, hummus. The best friend of hangry vegans everywhere. This was “white bean hummus” which I’m pretty sure should’ve just been called bean dip, but this is a classy establishment. One thing I like about eating vegan is that I end up avoiding garbage bar food like queso and chicken wings. I’ve never had great self control when trying to eat healthy and I’ve never been on a diet but avoiding meat for ethical reasons doesn’t take any self control for me. People often say they don’t wanna know what’s in their burger/ sausage/ etc. That never made sense to me because having a mental block against eating that junk is a win for the animals AND helps me avoid a muffin top 😂👏🏼Win all around! P.s. Did you know not all wine is vegan? Well I didn’t because I’m new at this and apparently it can contain anything from fish oil to gelatin to blood and bone marrow. Luckily there are tons of aps available now that can help you navigate. I have Vegaholic but there are others too. I would recommend them to non vegans too, just because all the ingredients sound disgusting. The most annoying thing about being vegan (besides stupid people) has to be realizing that there are animal products in sooo many things!!! Can we not just leave them alone for one second??? Rant over. I need more wine.
