Almost every single one of my nutrition clients aren’t drinking enough water. Some are having as little as 500ml a day. Your body needs water to function optimally so upping water intake is one of the first suggestions I make. Sometimes improving your health can be as simple as going back to basics. The amount of water needed varies from person to person so instead of aiming for a generic number, aim to increase the amount you are drinking by a few glasses. Try adding in an extra glass when you wake up, or before you have your daily coffee. Make it a habit and your body will thank you for it. So, this is your reminder to drink more water today.
