✅ You’re Not Exercising You Are Training - you should always look at getting better week to week. Sweat indicates nothing. I’ve had people lose huge amounts of fat with little sweat. I watch people who come to the gym 5 days a week and do the same thing. Guess what they look the same, lift the same and run at the same speed. If your looking to change your body. Give it a reason to change. ✅ Be Patient - i get it that we want it tomorrow. If you follow the plan set over the past 4 phases. Just do the work stick to the plan. Have faith. You’ll get what you want. ✅ There is No Magic - get out the way of thinking that any one exercise, food or supplement with give you the beach body. It’s an accumulation of many thing over time. ✅ We All Mess Up - every client and me as well have messed up at some point. One mess up hasn’t damaged the plan irreparably. Get up dust your self off and carry on. No your not a failure, yes everyone does it.
