I have the fitness fiesta this weekend so will be doing exercise for 2 days and having to cook in a little holiday chalet but will mainly all be carb refuel type meals as will constantly be exercising can’t wait !! 😜 💪🏻🏃♀️
So I’ve planned out and written my shopping list for a final week on C1 - made sure to get my PBJ smoothie in as much as possible before it is taken away!! Decided to do an extra week as I want some time to plan properly once I get C2 through.
