Top tip for if you struggle to stay motivated, end up frequently skipping fitness classes or generally begrudge going to the gym.....find a fitness friend, or two, or ten!
Working out is ten times more enjoyable when you’ve got someone to laugh (and/or cry) with! And you’ll be less likely to quit because you want to keep up with each other!
I’m honestly not sure I would’ve voluntarily gone to a killer @digmefitness class this evening after a long day of work if it wasn’t for @katieforbes 😍 and I would seriously struggle to get up at 5am to go to an @oliver__l@paolasbodybarre class tomorrow morning if it wasn’t for @georgiespurling 😘
Find good friends, boyfriends, neighbours, whoever who’ll support you and motivate you on your fitness journey and you can’t go far wrong!! Happy Monday everyone! I hope it’s been a fab start to the week 💕
