Today I want to try to go full raw or deffo raw til 4—my digestion is slightly sluggish and I want to listen to my body and honor its wishes. .
So for a start I shall have a few of these #organic raw strawberries 🍓 .

I limit the fruit I eat due to candida related issues but I’m all about all things berries 🍓🍒🍓🍒as well as avocado, lime and lemon! Oh and pomegranate too!Also is a cherry 🍒 a berry? 😂😍 Those are my absolute faves too. I think I just have a thing for red ♥️ & they make me happy 😁
