Yes, I had a whole watermelon for breakfast. Watermelons are my favorite kind of melons and one of my favorite #foods. There's no better way to keep me hydrated in this #hot Panamanian weather 🍉🍉🍉 #rawlivingfoods
Something's working! 🙌🏼💛
For the last 4 months I've been getting blood test results that were getting progressively worse in London.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who gave me help and advice on this and reached out. ❤️
We still don't know what the actual cause is but I'm happy to report I've had my first improvement in my blood work since this all started. Yay! 🤗
I have no idea what's working so I'm just going to say a big thank you to the beautiful Bahamas, @toby.lunn ,Lynxy, Sivananda, superfoods, a lot of supplements, big steaks, vitamin SEA and Mother Nature ☀️💦🌴
Hoping for more improvements to come 😊

If you were asked to name the worlds most produced fruit, what would be your guess? 🤔 I thought it would be apples but it is actually grapes! 🍇 The world produces around 72 million tons of grapes annually and they are used for three main things: wine, dried fruit and table grapes.
Benefits of eating grapes:
1. Contain cancer fighting properties-Grapes have been shown to have strong anti-cancer properties since they contain resveratrol which is an anti-inflammatory. Grape juice not only prevents the risk of cancer but has been shown to suppress the growth and propagation of cancer cells. 🙌🏽
2. Great for heart health-Grapes increase the nitric oxide levels in the blood, which prevents blood clots. According to Dr. Alberto Bettelli’s report in the Journal of Cardiovascualr Pharmacology, a mild to moderate drinking of wine, especially red, reduces cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular risk. ♥️
3. Natural laxative-Since grapes are high in soluble fiber, they are very effecting in overcoming and eliminating constipation, sometimes being referred to a laxative food. They also help to tone up intestinal muscles of the stomach. 👏🏽
