Still working on my form. It’s only my third time dead lifting don’t judge haha. My body is no where near where I want it to be. I’ve been back in the gym with a personal trainer for 3 weeks. Dead lifts today reps with 110 and 130 pounds. As you can see I get really red when I work out. 😝🇨🇮This is such a small portion of what I did today but none the less I’m proud of myself for beginning to work on my body again.
