What is healthy? .
Something I get asked a lot with posting lots of fun meals its easy to get the impression that this is my whole diet when in reality it makes a small fraction!
I am going to go into this is a blog post (let me know if you would be interested) but healthy is very individually defined...what is healthy for me might not work for you! 😄
Best thing I can say is experiment and find what works for you!

When your daughter makes you a bomb ass smoothie, you document it. 💁🏼♀️👌🏽💚 Thank you @skylerlex - so delicious! 😘 She used coffee beans, 100% raw cacao, raw almonds, coconut flakes, avocado, banana, almond butter and cinnamon! All organic. So good.🙌🏽 I understand that smoothies are frowned upon during @whole30 BUT they are technically compliant AND I rarely drink smoothies. They’re not a hangup for me. Plus, this is low fruit/high fat so it’s a winner. 👊🏽

pre-workout snack - sweet potato toast with almond butter and mashed raspberries 🍠🥜🍓
SUNDAY STACK: Choc PB protein pancakes 🥞🤤
What you need:
✅ For the pancakes -
▪️Your favourite protein pancake mix/base. I use @googysproteinbars mix.
▪️200ml unsweetened almond milk.
▪️20g @happywayau Choc pea protein.
▪️20g powdered PB (I used PB2).
▪️Crunchy peanut butter (I used @fixandfogg)
▪️Strawberries and banana
▪️More toppings - always a necessity on ANY stack (I used a @sneaky_wholefoods peanut butter Cacao ball!)
✅For the chocolate protein sauce -
▪️80g plain Greek yoghurt (I used @yoproau).
▪️1 tbsp almond milk.
▪️10g @happywayau choc pea protein.
1. Mix the Choc pea protein, powdered peanut butter and almond milk into the dry pancake ingredients/mix and cook in batches on low heat.
2. While they cook, mix the choc protein powder and the yoghurt in a small bowl, and add a dash of almond milk. Stir to combine.
3. Once the pancakes are all cooked, layer them with banana, crunchy peanut butter and the chocolate sauce, and stack high.
4. Top with more fruit, nut butter, chocolate and anything that makes you happy.
5. Dig in 🙋🏼
