Some impressions of another highlight of our London trip (more pictures to come!): Taking the Harry Potter Studio Tour!
Ever since reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, I have wished to be part of Harry's wonderous world. Little did I know back then that I would be walking through the Great Hall and Diagon Alley next to my best friend @jana_na_na for real one day. Or stand in the Forbidden Forest bowing in front of Buckbeak. Turning around each corner at the studios left me slackjawed and absolutely amazed.
We learned so much about how they brought the magic to life on screen and we took part in many interactive sections, like wand combat, flying on a broom, sitting in Hagrid's Hut and so much more!
I still can't comprehend that we were really there and I could talk for hours and hours about it. It still feels like a dream (aaarghh I am so sorry for being mushy!😅). This day means the world to me and I don't think I have to mention that I got very emotional seeing all those wonderful sets, costumes, props etc. The love for this story was tangible in every room and readable on every face, whether it was staff or visitors, regardless of age.
@wbtourlondon...Thank you for a magical experience I will never forget!✉☇❤ Can't wait to return!
