Prep life can difficult..... You are, battling yourself. Now that we are adding carbs back, I am dealing with these pesky cravings that occurs mid afternoon. It's important to understand these signals , deal with them and master them. In response I have perfected my own version of a latte Chai Latte. Very comforting, absolutely delicious and bye bye cravings. 4 ounces of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze milk, 4 ounces sugar free Chai tea, cinnamon sticks and stevia.
