I’ve been hesitant to post about this for a while, especially because it’s pretty personal & I don’t like to share those things on social media. But I cannot believe the results I am seeing!
The only change I’ve made is my food intake (watching carbs, sugars, sodium, etc) and working out for 20-30 mins per day. No monthly payment, just motivation & drive to living a healthier lifestyle🖤
