Shoulder warmup and mobility work! 💪
For the past year I've had a shoulder strain and ignored it until it started to really bother me. (Not the best idea 😅) That's when I started taking warming up very seriously. I started adding these to my workouts and they have also helped me increase my shoulder mobility!
Do each of these exercises for 10 reps to warm up your shoulders and rotator cuff on any upper body day before your workout! Warming up your shoulders are extremely important because there are so many muscles attached to your shoulders that can become strained or injured if not warmed up properly!
