Sometimes I pose like an IG model (not really).
Sometimes I make time to take multiple angels to find the most flattering one. 🤳
And sometimes I just snap 1-2 quick ones to show the sweat and to stay accountable bc I promised myself and my amazing in peeps in our PRIVATE fb groups from all over the country, that I wouldn't give up this time.
And even through the slip ups, poor choices, set backs, illnesses and injuries, we are all here to love and motivate each other. .
I gotta keep it real or it would be hard to find people to help if they think perfection is the expectation. .
It's ok to go at your pace, take the breaks you NEED and modify things to fit your crazy life. .
