1 cup chickpeas.
1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves.
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves.
1/2 cup chopped white onion.
3 cloves garlic.
1 teaspoon ground cumin.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice.
3 Tablespoons olive oil.
Bake on 190 °c for 15 minutes, flip them and bake for another 10 minutes.
Make sure you grease the baking sheet.
You can choose whatever toppings you like. I topped mine with hummus dip and salad.
