We have an absolute winner for tonight’s dinner - Roast veggies with vegan cheese dipping sauce 😋. Sooooooo scrumptious 😍 and so easy to whip up! Simply coat the veggies with olive oil and salt, and some rosemary for the potatoes. Whack it in the oven for about 45 minutes. For the cheese sauce - I cup oat or almond milk, a splash of water, 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes, 1 teaspoon English mustard, 3 tablespoons gluten-free flour and a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy! ☺️
