This is me searching for the energy to get started this morning. Needless to say I didn't find much..
You would think with that amazing meal last night my carb levels alone would push me through and I'd sweat out Pasta and Pesto 🤷♂️💦🍝
Those days are fewer and far between...the ones where all I want is for it to end.. but I know I can.. and I made sure I finished through until the end.
I don't care if you just have to walk in place for 12 mins.. keep yourself moving for an entire workout and I guarantee your mind will start to adapt.. it will realize saying no isn't an option.
