playing around w/ 5 second (5 Mississippi seconds 😉) holds at the end of each set of hip thrusts and baby does it buuurrrn 🔥🔥🔥
🗣 Adding time under tension can be especially helpful if, like me, you have stubborn glutes because working to hold the weighted position really WAKES the glutes up 🌤☀️ for the rest of the workout 🍑🍑
I shied away from hip thrusts for SO LONG but now???These are my staple, go-to, first-priority exercise on leg day...
