Some accessory workouts to finish up my chest and triceps day. Started with incline 5x2 with a drop to 315 lb for 5. Close grip flat bench 3x10. Super set the dumbbell flies with triceps push downs. For my push downs I really like to emphasize the lockout to form that horseshoe. Flies I like a little pause at the bottom to get that extra stretch in the pectorals to get more width and size.
