Most bomb stuffed peppers evaaaaaa 🤤 Everything is more fun to eat with a vegetable as a vehicle right?! The kitchen-creativity is still going strong! The macros for the entire recipe (excluding the bell peppers tracked separately) are

👍🏽And there was enough stuffing to fill 3-4 more peppers! 😛 I ate these hot out of the oven & the remainder of the filling I ate after it had been chilled in the fridge- delicious either way!
