🦄Rest days are just as important as prepping your meals. If you go hard in the gym scheduling rest days need to be a staple in your regiment. Here’s a few ways I implement rest day
🥞Netflix n chill (weekends)
🍣Powerwalk light cardio
🍤Foam rolling/lacrosse ball
🥦Deep tissue massage
