Looks like it will be a stormy ⛈ weekend. And we will be sweating up a storm on Sat at our BURN/ JAGUA class.
A class all about strengthening and toning.

✖️SHUT UP & SQUAT✖️
🍑squats are a FULL BODY movement! NOT just for your legs!
🍑don’t expect to be able to squat heavy ass weight right away.. it takes time & practice!
🍑make sure you give yourself enough rest time in between sets to allow yourself to perform the full movement optimally
🍑breathe in between each rep!
🍑wear a lifting belt once you are lifting heavier weight, helps to stabilize your core
🍑wear flat surfaced shoes so your weight doesn’t rock to front or back. ( i love wearing my chucks! )
🍑squeeze glutes at the top of the movement
🍑don’t rush out of the rack & master your walk out! 2-3 step walkout is 🔑
