Yesterday I had my first photoshoot with @gilcoproductions . I did this photoshoot to empower women postpartum. I did not hide my stretch marks because I have grown to love them, I know it’s hard to love your body once it changes into what society views as negative. Lord knows I tried to hide them from @t_johnson803 for the longest time, but now I wear them with pride. Truth is they look damn good on top of my abs. Just know it’s possible to feel confident and comfortable in your skin again. & Now I’m more confident than ever. Just put in the work. I busted my ass to get here. &I want to help all the ladies & gents around me feel as confident and proud as I do.
Today was one of those Mondays. Work dragged and was super busy. It was rainy. Pms showed up and then this was the icing on the cake. After hyping myself up for a killer back and shoulder lift lol day, I came home to this 😭
Butttttt I knew that I had to do something to combat my funk so I went back to @fitnessblender videos and did 35 minutes of pure body weight upper body and abs. Not as much fun as lifting but still effective! Anddddd I actually did real pushups off my feet versus my knees. I’m realizing that the only reason I can’t do push-ups is because I tell myself I can’t but I actually have the strength so I’ve been playing myself this whole time 🤦🏾♀️ anyways mini rant over. Yes I’m aware it’s Tuesday 🙄
Had a awesome first week 🎉 under the guidance of coach ... got home last night feeling quite heavy and bloated thanks to the usual travel issues- dehydrated, lack of fruit 🍉 and veggies 🌽 for a few days, driving/flying ✈️ ... gets me feeling gross 💩 but we’re set for another great week starting with glutes and hammies 🍑
ACHIEVEMENTS THIS WEEK
5x weights sessions, 3L water per day (with the exception of Sunday) 1kg down and feeling focussed and strong ... digging the extra carbs!

GOALS FOR THIS WEEK
5x training sessions, increasing the NEAT, including a wider variety of fibre such as chia, no changes to the macros (woohoo) 3L water 💦
