🔑 Is to remember not to feel bad or ashamed that your missing gym time because you got sick. .
🔑Don't force yourself to go to the gym when your sick. You might make yourself worse. You might even get someone else sick 😷 .
🔑So get some rest, drink plenty of fluids and enjoy some #netflix and the chill part too if your up to it 😂

Monday again! For a lot of people, Monday is the reset day. Time to get back on track, refocus, and try to be disciplined in reaching our goals. 👍
Unfortunately because of things on the right side of the infographic above, as the week goes on, we lose sight of our goals and veer off track. The motivation we had on Monday dissipates, those strict rules we set for ourselves weren't realistic or sustainable, and the moment we make a slight mistake we say screw it! - I'll try again next Monday. 😔
Why do we have to be all or nothing? Instead, let's focus on implementing small changes that are sustainable and easier to achieve. Make a list of a few things you need to accomplish to reach your goals. Try to check at least one thing off that list each day. It can be something simple, but completing it will bring a sense of accomplishment. And let's be well aware that motivation is fleeting. It will die down as the week passes, so let's plan for this! Allow for the fact that we will hit a roadblock and get off track... but get right back on track the very next day! Never wait until Monday! 🙅♂️
Reaching a goal takes time. No one said it was supposed to be easy. So be patient, flexible, and disciplined. Cut yourself some slack when you need to, but also pull in the reigns at times instead of giving up. 👌
