It’s been an exhausting week. This has been a staple in my diet to keep me going. Black beans, white rice, and sweet corn. 12g of #Protein 37g of #Carbs and roughly 1g of #fat . It’s vegetarian/vegan friendly and provides tons of energy and recuperative calories. Pairs well as a side to dense proteins and greens or does well on its own. Can’t recommend it enough. Today was super stressful but at least I burnt 330 cals, had my 2nd test of the year... I had a breakdown in front of my class so it was super embarrassing and that drew so much attention to me and my fatty ness :(( had a coffee today with 1 table spoon of almond milk and it was so nice but had so much guilt idk why, was meant to do homework tonight but did nothing :// anyway weekend tomorrow am kind of nervous about food because I got invited to have dinner with a friend but can earlier get out of it 😊 anyway hope I'm losing weight. #depression#fat#obese#health#fasting#greedy#disgusting
