Ginger Garlic Tofu 🌶
This is super easy to make! And so flavorful! You’ll never want to by baked tofu again.
I used a half block of tofu, drained, and cut into about 1”x1/2” cubes about 1/4” thick. In a bowl, I mixed a couple Tbsp of oil (I like to use coconut oil for tofu), 2-3 tsp of Tamari sauce, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger, 1-2 sliced scallions, and red chili pepper flakes. Coat a baking dish with a little oil. Place tofu in baking dish. Pour over the sauce mixture, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or more if you want it crispy. You can also marinate the tofu in this mixture overnight and then bake. 👌

Hi everyone! my lovely flower companion @jera.q and I, have embarked on a small business venture together. The re-useable bag market seems to be lacking affordable, well made, natural material bags with beautiful eye catching designs. So we have set out to fill this gap. Our bags are Eco friendly, 100% natural 272g cotton canvas material with dimensions of 35cm x 34cm. These bags would make a lovely gift as we approach Christmas. An added bonus is you can even use our totes as a sustainable alternative to gift wrap - double gifts for everyone! We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response to our initial shipment and have nearly sold out. Only 10 bags in 8 designs still available. You can pick up one of these babies for $25 until stocks last. Wholesale options available also! Please DM me if you would like one! 🌿👜🌿
