One of the most common excuses I hear from others is: “I can’t eat healthy, I don’t have time.”
That’s all good and well, but this puppy takes 15 minutes to cook up in a skillet. And I KNOW I used to spend more time than that cooking my pizza in the oven back in the day. JS.
My biggest obstacle was always not knowing how to cook, but through living a healthy lifestyle and getting an easy cookbook, I’ve learned.
Ay, so can you.
