Confession! I skipped my workout yesterday. Am I upset that I skipped it? No because I am back on track today. Sometimes life gets in the way. Some days you just don't feel like it.
The most important thing is to remember that tomorrow is a new day. Don't sit on the sidelines and wait until next week to start over. I have done that in the past, but really everyday is an important day in your health and fitness journey.

My thoughts, most of them were pretty sweet, because they all had fruits! This is great for people who don't really enjoy those green salad-taste juices. But number 7 was my least favorite.
I was able to go through the whole day without eating anything, and I had each juice every 2 hours. However, after lunch time, around 3pm, I was quite hungry, so I had hibiscus tea with stevia to keep on ingesting something. It is definitely very low in calories all the juices together, that's why I struggled a little bit, even though I didn't do any exercise.
I felt great the next morning, lost 1kg, and I felt I could've done 1 more day easily! After going back to eat solid food I gained 500g, but that's normal. The important thing here was a boost on vitamins, improving my energy levels and immunity.
