Not all your workouts have to be “go hard or go home”. I love to have atleast two workouts where I just focus on slow and controlled movement.
Here I am doing:
5 single leg deadlifts to a 10 second warrior three pose. Wowzas that isometric hold with the warrior pose will have your glutes burning 🔥🍑 Wheel pose to 3 wheel pose push ups.
