Run DONE 🏆💣 Feeling so much better about my fitness:) 💜👏🏼 4 runs ago I could barely breathe because of my sports asthma kicking my arse! Today I finished my #HIIT 10x mix of running 30sec then 1min low intensity lunges or some form of skipping or “across the floor” dance style exercises:) 🏆 Next up is my ~40min calendar #blogilates workout followed by an hour or so of stretching/yoga 🤸🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️ 😊 If anyone wants tips on #fitnessmotivation or has questions let me know in comments below!!
