Heading back into work to train 7 more clients tonight 😅😜 Got some great workouts ready to kick their booties and although it’s an off day for me here are a couple exercises to add into your routine!
I actually completed all three of these as a giant set burnout after yesterday’s upper body workout, I like to have my last sets be ones where I really push until exhaustion and you bet your butt chin ups, one legged pikes and triceps extensions did hit that🙌🏼 Exercise one: One legged yoga ball pikes.
This is a CHALLENGING an exercise and I like to add these in as a burnout or superset because they really do burnout your lower abs as well as your shoulders. A tip for these is to really keep your lower abs tight, focus on hinging at your hips and keeping your back really straight.
Exercise two: Chin ups! Chin ups are great for engaging the upper back and biceps. A tip for chin ups is to focus on keeping your elbows close, squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your core tight.
Exercise three: Tricep cable rope pulldowns.
My GO TO tricep exercise always. I love cable rope pulldowns because the mind muscle connection you can get at the end of the extension with the squeeze at the bottom is so isolating and such a good burn every time. A tip for these ones it to keep your back straight, your elbows tight and make sure you are going very slow and controlled with every rep. I recommended even counting 1-2-3 at the bottom of every extension!
Every movement should have meaning, intention and work behind it! Don’t just go through the motions, UNDERSTAND the motions!
You make mistakes, you have imperfections - we all do. Learning to love ourselves and grow into better people is what makes us powerful.

The picture on the left was taken one month after having Grahm... the one on the right was taken Sunday.
Most people would cringe at posting a picture so soon after having a baby... I used to be one of them....but not anymore.
We all have a starting point.... we have nothing to be ashamed of....My body worked damn hard, for nine long months to grow a miracle. It took care of Grahm before he entered this world, it stretched, it grew, and that soft belly you see there.... It took me nine months to get there and feel blessed i got to have it.
Now, the picture on the right? I worked damn hard for that one too. Early mornings awake, sweating while i could have been sleeping, smart food choices when it seemed like it didn’t matter...but small choices every day add up over time... With the support of other women trying to be their best, 30 minutes of at-home workouts and eating smart 80% of the time, I’ve made progress.
So now, that “after” picture is my new “before” picture.... for my next adventure in our newest program.... because the journey is never over to being a BETTER me.
My weight goal? I don’t have one. Nah, the number on the scale doesn’t define me, or any of you....🚫 it doesn’t show the healthy nutrition you’re putting in to fuel your body and feed your kids. It doesn’t show your mental clarity or the strength you gain or you smiling brighter and being more positive throughout your day. ☀️ Success is SO much more than a number. So tell me, how do you FEEL?? Physically, nutritionally, mentally.... I’m happy with where I’m headed, but I still have work I want to do... and lucky for me I’m surrounded by an amazing group of people who help me do that every day.
If you think being surrounded by others or having a coach (me 🙋🏼♀️!!) to help guide you and encourage you to be a better YOU sounds like what you need, I’m here for you.
Drop a ❤️ below or reach out to me personally. As your friend and your coach, I’m ready to start on the journey with you! #dontletthescaledefineyou#coachlife#beyourbestyou#ninemonthspostpartum#mommyhood#momlife#workhard
COMMIT TO SOMETHING GREAT TODAY! And it’s an added bonus if it happens to be improving your health and fitness. A little preworkout isn’t a bad idea either 😉, I have a solution that nearly guarantees you won’t give up on that commitment. Interested?

Day 2/80-these bands look so innocent, but oh my 🍑 on 🔥!!!! 😳
Slept through my alarm today and I think my body just needed to rest. I was up later than intended with an uncooperative toddler. 🙄 Luckily we didn't have to be out of the house as early today, so I got my workout in. Living the mom life, you gotta roll with the punches!! 🤷♀️
Yesterday's time nutrition was 👌 so I'm hoping for more of that!!! Also hoping I'll be able to walk tomorrow after today's booty burner!!! 😆 Happy Tuesday!!
