⏰ 15 mins to boil a packet of flavoured (tomato & red pepper) risotto and grill a couple of turkey breast. ⠀
🍚 Not the most nutritious of meals but certainly not the worst...can add some spinach to add some greens (I ran out). ⠀
🏋🏻♂️ This has good macros and is an excellent recovery meal as it’s high in carbs, protein and salt from the risotto packet flavourings! ⠀
